I'm crazy. ::shrug:: That's just a conclusion I've come to. I just finished some time in the US Navy, and am getting ready to go back to school. I'll take interest in the oddest of things, and have a tendency to be distracted by shiney and flashy objects. oh crap i got to write about myself? oddly i actually like to write. i love writing music. i write lyrics and guitar. also write short stories and am working on a novel i probably will never finish. haha. i will never be alone cause i will always have my music. that is something that you can't take away. im also a photography on the side. so far 99% of my cliental is nature. it's always beautiful, it never complains, and hell it never pays either!! i have photographed a few people. anyway. my day job is drawing blood. i went to college for web design and became a phlebotomist (or vampire/blood sucker as hospital patients like to put it, sometimes even SOB). one day, one day, i will professionally do what i went to college for. that day hasn't happened yet. maybe tomorrow. haha. oh darn, there's more boxes to fill out. guess i can't put all of me in this box.

scratch that last sentence, guess i could add a little more. i am influenced greatly by the show scrubs. i can totally pull off acting like j.d. or going on random rants like dr. cox. one day i did a facebook application on which scrubs character i am, and facebook agreed that i am definitely j.d. haha.

Hey out there, nice to be here. I'm here trying to find a person that I actually enjoy being around and want to spend time with. I live in Kansas City, and work in Lenexa for a tow company. I'm 25 yrs old. I do have a 3 yr old daughter. She is the only angel that I believe in. My life is a little confusing but I find it managable, if not survivable. When it comes to movie preferences, I only have a few criteria. It has to make me laugh, think about things, or freak me out. Most important of all it has to keep my attention. Thats not to say that I don't enjoy peace and quiet. I love it, when I need it, and with a daughter, I need it when I can get it. I love movies, especially horror flicks. About 2/3 of my movies are horror flicks. I love all types of horror movies. My favorites are Friday the 13th series, anything by George Romero, Shaun of the Dead, and Wolf Creek. There is one movie that I just can't sit through, Arachnophobia. Don't laugh but I just can't do it.

I treat people with a little bit different attitude than most. I know that most people believe in treating others the way you want to be treated. The golden rule and everything. My philosophy, treat people the way that I want my daughter treated. I am so sick of hearing about guys who lie to girls just to get what they want. If all u want is sex, is it so hard to say just that. Why in the world would u play with someones emotions just to get some ass? A little decencey is all Im asking for.

I love to watch and play pretty much any sport. I am a die hard Jayhawks fan, i never miss a single football or basketball game. Even though they arent very good right now I still follow and watch the Royals and Chiefs as much as I can.
I am pretty much always with my friends just looking for something fun to do, no matter what it is.
I enjoy going to the lake, camping, fishing, pretty much just anything that has to do with being outside.

Trying to enjoy life to the fullest and I'm always looking for a good laugh or debate.

It is ironic really; I can write about almost anything, but I can't ever seem to write a description of myself. Honestly, I am not sure if it is even possible for people to accurately describe themselves without being completely or even partially biased. Hello - I don't know what to expect from this, but I could have fun with it. I like making things, good-natured competition and people. I am fascinated with quantum physics and soccer but am not discouraged by my lack of talent. I have a rock star little girl who inherited her daddy's comic timing and tendency towards tallness.

I am not your typical girl. I would say I'm a little different. In a good way of course. I don't mind being alone. I get a lot done that way. I am independant and can fend for myself. I am a major ANIMAL LOVER (especially cats). I have four awesome cats, two former strays and two that I just got in March when my grandma passed. Having four cats is expensive, messy, and a pain in the ass, but they're all so awesome in their own way that I wouldn't change it for the world.
I work at Maritz Research at a boring desk job, but I get a lot of reading done. I love scrap-booking, taking pictures, and trying new things. I recently quit smoking, and I don't plan to go back to it. And I am passed my heavy drinking days. I do go out with the girls once every month or two and get my drink on, but ultimately I prefer to have fun in different ways, like going roller skating, or to the movies. Or taking a road trip to see the gates of hell, Stull KS. I love roller coasters and camping. Picnics and BBQ's are fun. I like to plan them and pack up my super cool picnic basket. I like to have fun. I collect fairys, matches, and state shot glasses. But I don't do shots. I like to write. I've been told I'm pretty good at it. I'm currently writing a book. It's definately a work in progress, but i think it's good so far. But I'm also biased. :)
You really wanna know? About me?..... well I get down with some Zelda. And I won't lie, I'm pretty damn good at it. I blame my video game obsessed brothers. That's what I get for being the only girl. I just beat the Four Swords. It was pretty fun. I have a goal to beat them all and so far I have beat all but one (Wind Waker)... and I'm halfway through it, and then I will have beat all 14. I am an easy-going type of guy who enjoys being outdoors, whether that is riding my motorcycle, or running early in the morning. I have heard this once, "A day is not wasted if a memory is made", I try to live by this idea.

I am a 21 year old college (on/off) student. I have a job that kind of sucks, but it pays the bills, so what are ya going to do? I am 6'1" tall, average weight, bright blue eyes and a great sense of humor. I have a lot of different interests and would not categorize myself into any one stereotypical profile. I like to just have a good time, I really don't get uptight about anything. Some people see this attitude as irresponsible, but im actually really responsible, I just have low blood pressure and keep my sanity. You only live once, so why not make the most of it. Try something at least once. If there is anything on this earth that "gets my goat" it is close-mindedness. Good lord that irks me.

I am an active and intelligent guy with an odd sense of humor and a cheery disposition. I play quite a bit of soccer around Kansas City and would play flag football or basketball if I could find a game. I can be extremely competitive. Being healthy and in shape is important to me and I keep a healthy diet but I don't get all crazy with counting calories either. I like to experiment and try new things, especially food. I read a lot and like to keep up with the world around me although I have a bad habit of skimming news articles rather than reading the entire thing. I definitely have a nerdy side and I think the renaissance fair is really fun.

Well, I'm a 27 year old guy. I'm not sure how to summarize a person exactly. People are the most important thing to me beyond anything else. My friends and family are incredible. I'm a Cancer if you read any of that stuff. I don't pay attention to the horoscope things, but the descriptions of the different signs are interesting. I'm a very technically minded person. My name is Britton, it's odd, I like it. It makes me feel better than being named fucking Travis or Todd or some shit.
I am currently working full time while going to school. I should have enough in savings and grants to quit this BS job and finish my 4 year degree in Spring 2011, until then I'm just living while going to JCCC part time. I plan on an English degree, with a side in webdesign and desktop publishing. I really wanted to do page layout for a magazine, but as quick as print seems to be dying I figured I'd get a side in web layout. I collect knives and I have a passion for medieval weaponry. Because my dad is a caraholic, I kinda get the urge every now and then to spend much larger than average sums on vehicular modification (and none of that fucking 3 tone/primered fatass muffler 1.5l POS civic shit so don't worry). It stays fucking classy or it doesn't get done. So far i've lowered my Ford Explorer about 5 inches from stock, grabbed some edelbrock knockoff wheels and pretend I drive a mustang. I have a 2400 watt sound system and sometimes I like to turn up the music and just watch my brain leak out of my ears. It thumps if I need it too, but I don't listen to much rap, Cypress Hill is about it. All of the work done by me, so no crapfucking best buy install with gobs of duct tape flying everywhere.

I was raised by country parents in the city, so I guess I get the best of both worlds? I don't know. I've always enjoyed camping, I love survivalist camping and canoeing and climbing. It's winter though, so most of that is put to the side. I would love to start going camping again, most of my equipment is "outdated" but I live with it.

First thing you need to know about me is that art is my life. Art is all I know and all I aspire to do. I paint, draw, sculpt, graphic design and digital arts, sew, photography, write and admire the work of others. I am addicted to documentaries. I watch everything from the history of soda to the theories on evolution and time travel. I have a need to learn, and am never can learn enough. I love to take adventures. I love being outdoors. Most of my culture comes from the radio -- I listen to KCUR like most folks watch MTV. I have a small television that has never been connected to the outside world, but I have to stack books on top of each other on my bookshelf because there's not enough room for all of them. I recognize body art as a fad and, while not immediately disqualifying its wearer, find it wholly unattractive. I don't use a microwave, though I do have one stored in the closet in case I might need it for something. I have only owned one cell phone, and I dislike the idea of it now just as much as I did when I got it a few years ago. I drive an Oldsmobile under the speed limit on the highway. I wear a tie most Tuesdays. My roommate is a rat.

I've worked in IT for half a decade (it's all I know). I am absolutely terrific at what I do, and I have a great time doing it. I also don't particularly like computers, and my mother still corrects my mathematical blunders. Needless to say, what I do for a living is *not* what I am. I'm a word person, through and through. I love terrible puns, and I fancy myself, someday, a dusty old librarian in a tweed suit.

This winter I want to learn to snowboard, and when the weather gets nicer, I plan to go sky diving.. I feel like you only live once, and this is my one chance to make the best of it. I live life day-to-day, and do everything I can to maximize happiness for myself and those around me. I am goofy, and like to have fun. I like to roll the windows down, turn the music up, and sing at the top of my lungs.. even when I'm by myself. And yes, I sing in the shower.

I'm a quirky silly girl. Basically goofy. I occasionally have to force my kids to dance to ridiculous songs (they tend to roll their eyes and ignore me). I hate getting caught up in the downers of the day- but i sometimes do. I'm a realist. I've never understood the whole "glass half empty or half full" thing... honestly, it's a half a glass of water. Im sarcastic and skeptical in a strange naive sort of way. I swear like a sailor, but my best girls tell me that's definitely a positive attribute. I don't love toilet humor (Borat), but i do love witty creative humor (Monty Python)- the kind that you almost miss if you're not paying attention. I've recently discovered how much I love to laugh out loud. I'm just getting started with that.

I am a software architect by profession. I design complex websites for companies. Even though I love my work, I feel that I can accomplish much more than making websites. I would like to work in movies either behind the camera or do character roles.

I'm renting an apartment in Lenexa. It's a nice cosy place. I like it so far. I'd like to buy a house sometime in the near future.

Over the last couple of years, I haven't been able to travel as much as I wanted to. I'm looking forward to travel with someone wonderful. Someone who deserves my time and vice versa. Brazil is one of the places I'd like to visit before I die. South Africa, Maldives, Switzerland fall on second place.

I've never been married and I don't have any kids. Due to prior work commitments, I wasn't able to settle in one place for more than 2 years. Thankfully, this is no longer the case now.

I'm a completely random and somewhat ADD person that is all about making the most of every day (Carpe Diem!) and enjoying the dance even with the knowledge that the song eventually has to end. I think it's important to take time to notice the little things in life and to savor sweet moments. Tooting my own horn has never been a speciality of mine as I am a humble person. However, I do enjoy having fun. What do I consider fun? Hanging out with my friends, going to movies, going on trips are just a few items. Also I want to try snow-skiing again sometime as I've only been once and had a blast. I have no idea who I am. I usually pick up a new hobby about once every two months. I like to try new things, though I'm often too timid to actually follow through. I don't like it when people judge me, especially when they don't have enough information to do so.

I can fix most household problems, plumbing, electrical, drywall but get me near a car and the lights go off upstairs. As long as it runs, I'm ok with it. I like to go out and have fun but I can also have fun sitting at home watching movies. I love to go out to dinner and socialize with friends. I like to go to sporting events. I'm a violinist, composer, actor and an artist. I believe in being happy with what you do. If you don't enjoy something, then why waste the time and energy in doing it. Whatever that may be. I care about making memorable moments that can carry with me the rest of my life. Of course, there aren't always going to be good ones, but why not make the best of it.
